Dear Friends,

In June 2019, we opened LaLou with a simple dream: to share our love of w**e, food, and hospitality with this amazing community. Since then, every guest who has walked through our doors has made this journey unforgettable.

Your unwavering support carried us through the challenges of the pandemic and fueled incredible achievements—being recognized by the Michelin Guide, earning the title of Newsweek’s Best W**e Bar in the U.S., and gracing numerous “best of” lists. These milestones were possible because of you.
However, due to rising costs and other industry-wide challenges, we’ve made the difficult decision to close. LaLou will pour its final glass on New Year’s Eve, December 31st.

These past five and a half years have been nothing short of extraordinary. It has been our honor to serve you, to share countless bottles of w**e, and to create cherished memories together. Please stop by before NYE to raise a glass, share a moment, and celebrate everything we’ve built together.

To our team, past and present—you have been the heart and soul of LaLou. Your passion, creativity, and warmth transformed this space into more than just a w**e bar.
To our guests—thank you for your kindness, your stories, and for being such an integral part of our journey.

Foradori ‘Sgarzon’ pouring from the magnum tonight for $22 a glass! 100% Teroldego, Elisabetta planted the vines in guyot from massale cuttings in 1984. Certified-biodynamic and hand harvested, this refined and elegant w**e shows notes of maraschino with light velvety tannin.
