The super talented Leon Chase has been working on this Hank's documentary for a while now. Check out the teaser! This definitely made me cry before 9:30am this morning. I was, and continue to be, so lucky to have all these fine people as family.

Hi friends of Hank's! It's been awhile. I hope you all are doing ok, or even Better than ok and have found another dive bar that you love with great music, bad ass bartenders, but with a bathroom that actually locks.

Most of you will probably recognize the beautiful faces on this picture. Natasa bartended at Hank's for many years and means WAAAY more to all of us than just an employee. We were also so happy to have met her wife Keisha, and to have been at their wedding and to see these two amazing creatures love and care for each other so much.

I know it's been a crappy rough year for everyone, but this past year has hit Keisha particularly hard. As you'll read in the link below, Keisha has become bed bound, she's unable to walk and has had two major hospital stays. Her condition has escalated so quickly that she is currently having daily non-eptileptic seizures and this has meant that Natasa has become her full time caretaker, unable to leave Keisha alone and unsupervised.

It's been a truly difficult time and funds are running really low for them with healthcare and treatments and everything else they're dealing with. Any little bit of help you can throw their way would be very much appreciated! And thank you for reading all of this!!!! I'm impressed you did.
