Introducing our newest barrel-aged cocktail: La Fiesta de Piña! We infused mezcal with fresh pineapple and after a few days we moved it to a Redemption Rye barrel and aged it with mole bitters and bianco vermouth. It is dangerously delicious.

Last St. Patrick's Day, as we were closing down the bar we had to empty the barrel we use to age our Old Fashioneds. In order to keep the barrel from drying out we filled it with Irish Whiskey and labeled it w/ a lucky dollar we found behind all the booze we had to put away, thinking we'd celebrate a belated St. Pat's in a few weeks...almost a year later it's still here (so are we), and it's delicious! Come by this year and toast to the future w/ a shot of it and an Irish Stout for $10.

The SLA just released the new guidelines for non-indoor dining. My employees aren’t allowed to eat or drink inside (which I don’t think can be legal) but don’t worry. I can still still get on a train for 15 min to Yonkers and sit at a bar inside and eat.
At least we are basing the NYC shutdown on Science
