THE LOST WORLD
This cocktail offers a delightful twist on the familiar “ Last Word “ , making it a true pleasure to sip! Crafted entirely with Atheras Spirits ingredients, it’s easy to recreate at home—provided you have the necessary components. No need to worry, though; you can always swing by our distillery shop to pick up all the essentials.

Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Monks Gin East
- 3/4 oz Shiso-Mastiha
- 3/4 oz Athos Herbal Liqueur (similar to Chartreuse)
- 3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
2. Double strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a twist of lime.
4. Cheers to your enjoyment!

💢We’re thrilled to announce that PIX11’s New York Nightcap (WPIX-TV) showcased a segment featuring our Head Bartender Ryan, known as , demonstrating his cocktail-making skills. The highlight of the segment was the Phylosikos Martini, as Ryan crafted the drink while explaining how Atheras Spirits serves as the foundation of the bar program at Sugar and Bitter Monk. He also mentioned the upcoming launch of Monks Gin East and West, set for release on August 1. We couldn’t be more proud of his achievement!
