Because summer holidays start on Thursdays, here’s an easy peasy cocktail recipe for hosting, sipping and lounging.

Make the Empirical Olive Highball 🫒✨
1 oz Empirical Olive
1 oz blanco tequila
4 oz chilled soda water
Fresh lime garnish

Build in a Collins glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with lime.
