Forget the schmoopie cocktails for Valentine's Day....We here in the Rhum Rhum Room recommend the Arsenic and Old Lace for those of you enjoying those long term classic romances....Sorry we're so late but we were busy relaxing in our pj's experimenting with cocktails all day (since tomorrow is a bonus holiday. Stay tuned for Presidents' Day cocktails!).....Rum is for Romance....Gin gets the job done!

1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/4 oz pastis
1/4 oz creme de violette
