We’re serving up Firehouse Jambalaya in Brooklyn because food is a way of life. culinary heritage is experienced in our Jambalaya and Cafe Du Monde Beignets.

When we approached Muchmore Sr. to cook and serve his Firehouse recipe he said, “it’s what I made for my crew on a regular basis at the Fire station on Arabella St.”
