Ryan Wagner, Guinness’ head of beer quality, stopped by our Carroll Gardens location after seeing our LUKR side-pull Guinness — the first of its kind in the United States. He worked with us on a few tweaks to the pour and offered his expert guidance.

Side-Poured Guinness has arrived at Queue.

We’re proud to introduce what we believe is the first Guinness in the USA poured through a LUKR side-pull faucet fitted with a nitro stout tip. Same classic 75/25 nitrogen blend — but instead of a fixed restrictor plate, we control the agitation by hand.

Our annual Bourbon County Brooklyn event is back for its third year. Here's what you can expect from the 2025 lineup, available for on-site bottle pours:

Additionally, we'll offer some vintage pours from older variants in bottles, along with one very special draft vintage pour. This event kicks off on Wednesday, November 26th, and runs throughout the holiday weekend. Note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

For take-home bottles of Bourbon County, please check the release schedule at our sister location, . They will provide options for pick-up bottles at Queue as well.

We're thrilled to announce the return of our first-ever collaboration beer, "Small Things In Big Countries," created with our friends at Alternate Ending!

This special 4.5% ABV Basmati Rice Lager is a tribute to Indian culture and heritage is releasing just in time to add to your Indian Independence Day celebrations. The name is inspired by a famous line from the Bollywood classic "Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge": "Small things like this happen in big countries."

Crafted with Czech Republic Saaz hops, this crisp and refreshing lager offers subtle bitterness, making it the perfect accompaniment to your Independence Day celebrations and a variety of Indian dishes.

This year, we will also be doing a draft-only variant of Small Things, specially dry-hopped with Sorachi Ace hops for a fun twist on our award winning rice lager. We can't wait to try this spinoff with you all.

Mark your calendars for August 9th! "Small Things In Big Countries" will be available on draft and in 12-oz cans to-go at Queue Beer, Carmine Street Beers (), and Alternate Ending (). This will be a limited release so don't miss out!
