While we offer several gluten-free options, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination, as we operate in a shared kitchen environment. We are a gluten-friendly kitchen, not a dedicated gluten-free facility.

* Our flatbreads are baked on a dedicated gluten-free stone, but in the same oven as other products. They are a little different than shown.

* Gluten-free buns are available; however, proteins are cooked on the same grill used for regular buns and tortillas.

* Our shrimp is gluten-free, but it is fried in a shared fryer with other menu items.
