Chiron, named after the centaur that taught Ahkilleus, Herakles, and Perseus to name a few, gives a rich, nutty, bready malt character to shine alongside a firm, spicy, floral hop bitterness. Smooth and easy to drink, it's a perfect compliment to any BBQ or bonfire.

We started our special Avengers Series. First up, who else but The Captain himself?

The rye pale ale is well balanced, easy to drink, and just a hint of spice from the rye. According to Mary Kaplan, "It's like drinking with the nicest corn fed kid from Iowa." We chose not to point out he's from Brooklyn and just let her enjoy the moment, and the beer.

Next up? Thor, a strong Belgian blonde ale.

The two brewers at Pantheon Brewing Co. hard at work this morning on Cerberus (aka The Dude in honor of one of the brewery dogs, Cody), our chocolate hazelnut porter. Thanks for the pic Mary!!

It's been one busy month here. We've got Zeus (aka Tiny Pliny) and Hephaestus on draft!!

Zeus is our nod to a West Coast Imperial IPA. Hephaestus, named for the fiery god himself, is our take on an American Amber. It's smooth and malty with a big kick of hops.
