Youāre going to see a LOT of brand new cocktails this month⦠itās time to get to know one of the masterminds behind the drinks. Meet Jordan šø
He got his start early in the restaurant industry, stepping behind the bar at 17 and discovering a passion that goes far beyond cocktails. For Jordan, bartending became less about making drinks and more about creating connections, making someoneās day better, and giving guests a place to escape, even if just for a few hours.
Over the last 3 months, he worked alongside manager Kennedy to completely reimagine the cocktail menu with Italian-inspired flavors and techniques that match the restaurantās style. Cocktails like the Heirloom Reserve, Summer Sequel, Negroni Bianca, White Balsamic Martini, and more were created through countless hours of testing, refining, collaboration⦠and some fun.
Jordan says none of it would be possible without the people around him, and credits Carmine as a boss and mentor he deeply looks up to, while describing Nick as āwicked smartā and an essential part of what keeps the restaurant running every day.
