It is at Urgie’s location at 245 East Water Street or at our stand at the Harrisonburg Farmer’s Market where you can experience an Urgie’s staple: the “Provolone Works” - sauteed mushrooms and bell peppers “wit” onions with Provolone cheese - slightly melted into the perfect mix of awesomeness. Other options include American cheese as well as Kraft Cheez Whiz, a Philadelphia cheesesteak staple.
