LAST HURRAH!
In this season of Thanksgiving, we have so much gratitude and appreciation for the friends we've made over the 9 years since we opened Aspetuck Brew Lab. It has been a joy to have created a wonderful community of beer lovers that has become so much a part of our lives. Thus, it is bittersweet to announce that we are closing our doors for one last time at 6pm on November 30th.

It was a difficult decision, but it's time. Now we get to DRINK ALL THE BEER! Come see us to enjoy the last of the Tulu, Bramble, CHOP, Full Send and all your faves. We will have regular hours this weekend!

A new brewery concept will be taking over our space after a brief hiatus but don't miss this chance to say goodbye. We also have our last Pub Run and Food Drive this Sunday, starting at NOON. Bring a non-perishable food item to donate to Operation Hope.

We had a blast celebrating our 9th Anniversary yesterday, and we are keeping it going today! If you missed it, you still have a chance to get some of our limited edition beers we tapped for the occasion. Enjoy this beautiful afternoon with a beer or cocktail on the verandah!

IT’S SO FINE, WE’RE TURNING NINE! TODAY!
We are celebrating our Ninth Anniversary on Saturday from 1-8PM! It has been a crazy nine years here in Black Rock since we began brewing and welcoming the neighborhood into our taproom. We have met so many great people over the years and have had so much fun, so come out this weekend and party with us! SEND IT from.head to toe!

We have a bunch of new and experimental beers going on tap, plus some old favorites! Here are the highlights:

Atomic Mass Barleywine: This multiple medal-winner is in short supply, and we are tapping the last of it! 10.8% and soooooo smooth! ½ pints only!

Breeze Cranberry Lime Lager: Our newest launch, a seasonal twist on an easy drinking light lager, tart and refreshing at 5%.

Ivar Baltic Porter with Hazelnut: Everyone loves our classic Estonian Style Porter, but we have kicked it up a notch with an infusion of hazelnut! Perfect for the cooler weather at 8%.

Food from The Blind Rhino all weekend

Cellar Specials to Share: We will be pulling bottles from the cellar of some old favorites to sample throughout the day, including Symbiosis Saison!

And our Phoenix Beer Project CHOP WEST COAST IPA is back! We love this throwback to traditional California IPAs, with a great balance between bold hop character and firm malt presence. For the Fall version, we use a dose of amazing British caramel malts that meld beautifully with sticky c-hops (Centennial, Cascade, Chinook). It is a taproom favorite whenever we brew it!

THE PHOENIX RISES!
An amazing addition to our lineup for the weekend! Our Phoenix Beer Project CHOP WEST COAST IPA is back!

We love this throwback to traditional California IPAs, with a great balance between bold hop character and firm malt presence. For the Fall version, we use a dose of amazing British caramel malts that meld beautifully with sticky c-hops (Centennial, Cascade, Chinook). We were inspired by Sierra Nevada Celebration and Stone Arrogant Bastard while formulating this beer – two amazing OGs - and we know it is a taproom favorite whenever we brew it!

On tap and in cans to go starting Friday at 4PM.

REJOICE! IT'S ALWAYS STOUT SEASON!
Back on tap today for a limited time is our Extra Slice Imperial Dessert Stout, made with coffee, Madagascar vanilla bean and cacao nibs. Inspired by Boston Creme Pie, this silky smooth treat is a wonderful sipper for a beautiful Fall day. And come on down to meet the brewer - Pete will be here all day talking beer and brewing.
