🦃❤️ PLEASE HELP US REACH SENIORS, VETERANS, DISABLED & FAMILIES IN NEED THIS THANKSGIVING ❤️🦃
I’m reaching out personally to all of my social media friends, family, coworkers, business contacts, community partners, organizations, and everyone throughout my network. I’m asking you to help us spread the word and identify anyone experiencing food insecurity who may need a warm Thanksgiving meal this year.
This year marks the 7th Annual Amy Cabrera’s Thanksgiving Dinner for Those in Need, in conjunction with Carla Ford owner of Rum & Tequila Fusion Restaurant. For seven years, this effort has been about one simple mission: making sure our neighbors in need know that they are not forgotten on Thanksgiving Day.

❤️ Indoor & outdoor seating available
⏱️ 30-minute seating limit so we can comfortably welcome and serve as many people as possible.
WE NEED YOUR HELP REACHING THE PEOPLE WHO NEED US MOST!
Please check on the seniors in your neighborhood, elderly relatives, families struggling to put food on the table, individuals living alone, veterans, people with disabilities, and anyone you know who may be experiencing food insecurity.
If you work for or have connections with a senior center, senior housing community, group home, shelter, veterans organization, supportive housing program, community center, social service agency, church, school, or organization serving families in need, please share our information with them.
Don’t assume someone else has already reached out. One phone call, text, social media share, or conversation could connect someone with a warm Thanksgiving meal.
We are also working to provide meals to designated community locations. Delivery drivers are still needed from 12 PM–2 PM on Thanksgiving Day to help us reach individuals who may not be able to come to the restaurant.
Our restaurant volunteer team is currently MAXED OUT, but we still greatly need fully cooked, ready-to-serve trays of Thanksgiving food, desserts, beverages, food and serving supplies, financial sponsors, monetary donations, and delivery drivers.
Every tray donated and every sponsorship allows us to reach more people. The more support we receive, the more Thanksgiving meals we can provide.
