Meet the CROQUE MONSTER: a gloriously cheesy beast stacked with béchamel sauce, shredded Swiss, pulled ham, caramelized onions, fresh herbs, and a grape jelly drizzle that ties the whole monster together.

ABBA gave us the title. We handled the pizza.
Our Last Summer starts with white sauce and mozzarella, then piles on chicken, red onion, candied jalapeños, tequila-lime crema, and taco seasoning.
Sweet, spicy, creamy, a little boozy. Basically summer refusing to leave quietly, which feels appropriate for Maine in August.
Come get one while “Our Last Summer” is still this summer.
