Mason’s Brewing Company is a 20bbl specialty craft brewery, located on the historical Penobscot River in the City of Brewer, Maine. Mason’s Brewing Company is a “Destination” providing patrons with a craft beer experience like no other in the state. On the menu at Mason's: Cuban Tacos.

Pulled pork. Braised ham. Swiss cheese. IPA pickles. Mustard. Blue corn tortillas from Tortilleria Pachanga.

Somewhere, a Cuban sandwich is filing a formal complaint.

The combination is hard to argue with though. Smoky pork, salty ham, melty Swiss, tangy pickles, and mustard all packed into a taco that’s messy in exactly the right way. It’s the kind of thing that starts with, “I’ll just try one,” and ends with an empty plate and no witnesses.

June is Myasthenia Gravis Awareness Month, and we’re honored to host a special event that brings people together through creativity, community, and support.

Join us on Sunday, June 14 at 4:00 PM for Paint for a Purpose, a guided painting event benefiting the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America. No experience is necessary, and all art supplies are included.

The cost is $40 per person, with proceeds supporting MG awareness and advocacy efforts. Individuals living with MG are invited to paint free of charge. If you’re unable to attend, you can also sponsor someone with MG so they can participate.

Some hot dogs keep it simple. This one took a wrong turn through the produce section and came back better for it.

Run It Through The Garden starts with a Snap-O-Razzo Hot Dogs all-beef dog tucked into a soft pretzel roll, then gets piled high with jalapeño relish, cherry peppers, sliced tomato, and diced white onion. Whatcha Taco-in About? has arrived to ask the important question: why choose between tacos and pizza when poor decision-making has brought humanity this far?

Built on a garlic oil base and loaded with mozzarella, cheddar, seasoned ground beef, tomato, red onion, shredded lettuce, and a salsa drizzle, this special takes everything you love about taco night and stretches it across a pizza crust. Somehow, it works. Suspiciously well.

Pair it with a cold Mason’s El Diablo Mexican Lager and lean all the way into the theme.

The only real debate: are you folding the slices like a taco, or pretending you’re too civilized for that?

This beer was brewed by a Veteran, for Veterans. Proceeds from sales of this beer will go to Maine Paws for Veterans, who provide specially trained dogs to Veterans with PTSD.
