On the menu at Mason's: Cuban Tacos.
Pulled pork. Braised ham. Swiss cheese. IPA pickles. Mustard. Blue corn tortillas from Tortilleria Pachanga.
Somewhere, a Cuban sandwich is filing a formal complaint.
The combination is hard to argue with though. Smoky pork, salty ham, melty Swiss, tangy pickles, and mustard all packed into a taco that’s messy in exactly the right way. It’s the kind of thing that starts with, “I’ll just try one,” and ends with an empty plate and no witnesses.
