Japanese style rice lager mashed with European pilsner malt and flaked rice. Hopped throughout the boil with Saaz, Tettnang and Saphir and fermented low and slow with our house lager yeast, then lagered for weeks. Bright, clean, floral, spicy, dry and super Drinkable.

Happy Wednesday! We’ve got $2 off wings today - choose between Al Pastor, Elote Style, or if you just wanted plain! Our special for this week is QuesaBirria Tacos - 3 corn tortillas dipped into our house made consomé, on the flat with jack cheese till nice, melty, and crispy, then loaded up with slow cooked, tender, brisket and topped with diced red onions and cilantro and 4oz of consomé to dip it with!
