Before a bottle finds its place behind the bar, there’s tasting, comparing, conversation and, occasionally, another pour just to be certain. 😏

We’ve been spending some time around the tasting table lately, exploring w**es and thoughtfully curating what’s next for the 1811 Bar Room. From familiar favorites to bottles that may introduce you to something entirely new, every selection is considered with the same intention we bring to what we pour into your glass.

And this tasting was about more than just our next seasonal w**e menu.

We’re also preparing for an upcoming w**e tasting experience at the 1811 Bar Room an evening designed to slow things down, explore a few exceptional pours, and perhaps leave with a new favorite or two.
