Our Chilean Sea Bass has been on our menu since we opened over a decade ago...
We hand-cut each filet in house, lightly dust it in flour, pan-sear it first, then finish cooking it in the oven. The picture perfect final product is crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside and oh-so-delicious. We serve it on a bed of the yummiest beurre blanc sauce you've ever enjoyed and accent it with capers.
