Today's featured mini-tasting flight: Pinot vs Cab ~ The Structural Contrast Flight

This flight contrasts light, high-acid Pinot Noir with heavy, high-tannin Cabernet Sauvignon across three regions. Pinot Noir offers bright fruit and low tannins. Cabernet Sauvignon brings deep color, bold structure, and firm grip.

Round 1: French Elegance
