For the Higgins family, the event carries an even deeper meaning, rooted in the role golf played in shaping Mike Higgins’ own life and a desire to create those same opportunities for the next generation.

After an incredible chapter with Notch 8, Chef Matt will soon be moving on from our kitchen to pursue his next opportunity.

We’re grateful for the creativity, talent and dedication he has brought to Notch 8 and to the many dinners, events and celebrations he has helped make memorable. We wish him nothing but the best in what comes next.

As one chapter closes, another begins - and we’re excited about what’s ahead for Notch 8. Our team remains committed to creating the elevated dining experiences, thoughtfully crafted menus and exceptional hospitality our guests have come to know and love.
