We held a private event at the Polo Grill recently and it completely exceed our expectations on every level. Beautiful private room, excellent food and top-notch servers. Management was very resourceful, detail-oriented and responsive in assisting with the planning of the event and the servers were extremely professional, courteous and extraordinarily attentive to our guest's needs without being too intrusive - not an easy task! I would highly recommend Polo Grill to anyone looking to have an intimate dinner or hold an important private event. An absolutely wonderful experience!

I just wanted to follow up to let you know how impressed we were with the birthday event that we held at The Polo Grill on 2/3. Everything – from start to finish, completely exceeded my expectations. The room looked fantastic and the gold chargers, votif arrangements and lovely table settings really tied it all together. Thank you for your attention to detail, for your thorough input and reassurance that everything would be great! Even down to the warmed chocolate cake and gold candle – everything was PERFECT and soooo classy. Tom was completely and utterly in shock (still is).
I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. I would also like to specially thank Brian, Brandon and all of the other servers and staff for the phenomenal job. Somehow, Brian managed to be present and attentive to all of our guests at all times, without being at all intrusive. That is a very difficult thing to pull off and he definitely demonstrated magician-like skills! He timed each and every course perfectly given my limited cues and had an intuitive sense about everything! At one point, he came in with Tom’s piece of cake, realized that the table was not quite finished and immediately backed out before anyone saw him. Very professional, courteous and just a pleasure to be around. All staff that helped out that night were equally amazing and so very attentive and helpful.
The food was excellent and the Ribeye was done perfectly for those who preferred it rare. There were two guests who became aggressive when one of the servers tried to take their plates away (it was too funny). You could tell that they wanted to enjoy every last bite and were still working on their plates long after everyone else was done.
The whole night flowed perfectly from start to finish. No one had a clue where the five hours went (I suspect the booze may have had something to do with it) but all in all, everyone who whom we spoke with kept reiterating what an amazing time they had.
Once again, thank you for making the whole experience so memorable and for your patience with me (Miss Picky). I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Polo Grill to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet dinner or hold an important event. Please also forward my comments to the owner of Polo Grill and thank him on my behalf.
