Tonight we're celebrating one of Florida's finest distilleries—Siesta Key Rum , handcrafted right here in our backyard on Florida's Gulf Coast! We're excited to showcase these incredible local rums while teaching you how to create three delicious cocktails, each perfectly paired with both a sweet and savory bite.

Today we're raising a glass not only to our nation's independence, but also to the men and women who have dedicated their lives to protecting it.

Many of you know Bryan from behind the bar, but before Craftails, he proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force. His commitment, sacrifice, and service are something we're incredibly proud to honor today.

If you see Bryan tonight, take a moment to thank him for his service—and while you're at it, thank any veteran or active-duty service member you meet. Their dedication allows us to celebrate days like today.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Vodka Mixology Class last night at Craftails Speakeasy! 🍸✨

We had an incredible time exploring just how versatile vodka can be—from refreshing summer cocktails to bold showstoppers and indulgent espresso creations. We hope you had as much fun making (and tasting!) them as we did.
