Beer has always been about bringing people together. 🍻

On June 7th, we’re proud to join breweries across the country for a special nationwide collaboration release: 6/7 IPA.

Every participating brewery is brewing the exact same recipe, with proceeds going back into local communities. Here at Inner Compass, we’ve chosen Pace Center for Girls as our local charity partner to help support and empower young women right here in our community.

This is more than just a beer release. It’s craft beer doing good together.

We’ll be sharing more details soon, but mark your calendars for June 7th and get ready to raise a glass for a great cause.

Thank you for everything you do, the love you give, the sacrifices you make, and the way you somehow hold it all together while making it look easy. Today is for celebrating you.

Whether you’re spending the day with family, friends, or raising a glass with us at the brewery, we hope your day is filled with great memories, good laughs, and something cold in your hand 🍻

Big congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Grace Tyson 👏

Grace has been with us since the day we opened, starting as a server and now crushing it behind both the bar and on the floor. She’s the kind of person every team hopes for. Always working hard, always stepping up, and always asking what else she can do to help.

Whether she’s taking care of guests, helping the team, or keeping the energy moving during a busy shift, Grace brings consistency, hustle, and a great attitude every single day.

We’re lucky to have her as part of the team and this recognition is beyond deserved.
