Gulf Shrimp and Blue crab Bisque, with gruyere crisps

Hearts of Romaine and Radicchio, with hearts of palm, gorgonzola, toasted pistachios, tossed in caramelized shallot vinaigrette.
Entrée Choices
Halibut Oscar, topped with crabmeat, white asparagus and hollandaise
Chicken Saltimbocca, with prosciutto, wild mushrooms, mascarpone and provolone
Veal Parmigiana baked with aged provolone and mozzarella
Or
Veggie & Goat Cheese, Zucchini, eggplant, rapini, and baby spinach, sauteed in a sun-dried tomato pesto cream, over fettuccine, topped with goat cheese
