Gallatin Roar is back on tap and ready to make some noise. This Cold IPA pours pale gold with a fluffy head. It opens with a big tropical nose of passionfruit, pineapple, tangerine, and grapefruit zest, then brings resinous hops, juicy citrus, and a bone-dry finish that has you ready for the next sip.

Meet our newest IPA. Fat Mogul pours bright and golden, with juicy mandarin orange and a delicate elderflower aroma. A light touch of honey sweetness balances out the hops for a smooth, easy-drinking finish.

🍺💚 Meet our October Nonprofit Partner: Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country! 💚🍺

For about 50 years, this Bozeman-based nonprofit has matched local kids ages 5–18 with caring adult mentors who help them reach their potential. Today they serve families in Bozeman, Livingston, Big Sky, Ennis, Big Timber and beyond, and there are Littles on waitlists right now hoping for a match.

Here’s how you can help: every Monday this month from 2–4 PM, 10% of all draft b**r, hard seltzer, and draft hard slushy sales goes straight to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Big Sky Country. 🙌

It’s our 9th Birthday today 🎉 To celebrate we are releasing our Fall/Winter food menu and Bison Chili is back!!! You’ll also see a new pizza, salad, appetizer, and a couple of new burger options. Our burgers continue to be made with local Wickens Ranch beef and served on a local On The Rise Bread Co. bakery bun.

Back by popular demand is our Gallatin Roar Cold IPA. This b**r is an evolution of the Modern West Coast IPA, brewed at colder temperatures to create an extra-clean canvas for the hop profile to shine, with big rice additions helping accentuate that clean canvas. You can expect big aroma and flavors, with notes of passionfruit, pineapple, fleshy tangerine, and grapefruit, plus a resinous mouthfeel. It’s bone dry, and each sip welcomes the next. Celebrate our 9th anniversary with a few pints of Gallatin Roar Cold IPA. (7% ABV, 65 IBU)

Proudly serving New Hokkaido b**rs and hard seltzers. Our team is sporting our Daruma shirts. Daruma is our West Coast IPA made with Japanese rice, hopped with Strata and Nelson Sauvin. It’s easy drinking and bursting with citrus, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of dankness. The rice keeps it clean and lean so those big hop flavors really shine.

The featured 4-pack is our Yamabiko Rice L***r, an extra-dry Japanese l***r hopped with New Zealand Kohia Nelson. It’s light, crisp and refreshing with soft notes of stone fruit, at an easy-going 5% ABV. It’s named for the Yamabiko, a playful spirit from Japanese folklore said to live on mountain peaks and create the echoes you hear in the mountains.
