We are thrilled to provide our Bozeman community with unique hand-crafted brews, fresh artisan-style pizzas and more. Locally owned, family-friendly and made in Montana, our brewpub is located just across from the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse and above Town and Country Foods. We're brewing up colorful array of craft brews made on site utilizing fresh and locally-sourced ingredients. Our team is made of passionate individuals who work every day to perfect their craft. Sierra has been part of the Bridger Brewing team for two years, always serving and bartending with a smile on her face!

An artist since childhood, Sierra grew up in Michigan with a love for illustration. Over the past year, she’s expanded her passion into larger pieces and begun selling her artwork throughout the Bozeman area.

Bright, beautiful, and full of fall. A savory butternut squash base topped with smoked mozzarella, glazed pork belly, kale, cranberry, red onion, toasted pepitas, and Amaltheia goat cheese. 🎃

Every fall flavor in one bowl. Arugula tossed with spiced sweet potato, candied pecans, pancetta, red onion, and cinnamon caramelized apple, finished with whipped goat cheese and a maple dijon vinaigrette. 🍎

Roundabout Rye Pale Ale🍞

5.8% ABV | 48 IBU

We teamed up with our friends at Farro Bakery Farro Bakery (opening soon on College St and 11th Ave) to make a bready, grain inspired pale ale. Brewed with local Hyalite Pilsner and Rye Malts from Gallatin Valley Malt, as well as flaked wheat and farro grain to bring a bready and light spice backbone. Cascade, Centennial, and Simcoe hops impart a well balanced grapefruit and pine character to “round” this b**r out. 🍺

Bobcat Homecoming calls for a proper tailgate, and we’re teaming up with MeatEater to make it happen!

Join us at Bridger Brewing next Saturday, Sept. 26, for an afternoon with the MeatEater Crew, yard games, prizes, b**r samples and the debut of our new collaboration brew, Shock Gobble Pale Ale.

We’ll have plenty of Bridger b**r, nonalcoholic options and a few food bites to keep you fueled up before kickoff.

The tailgate is free and open to everyone, so round up your crew and spend a little of Homecoming Saturday with us!
