Do you love weddings and enjoy meeting newly engaged couples? 🥰

Hayvn at Hay River is looking for a warm, outgoing and dependable person to conduct venue tours for couples considering Hayvn for their wedding.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves weddings 💕, enjoys meeting new people, and can share in a couple’s excitement while helping them envision their wedding at Hayvn.

After training, you’ll independently guide couples and their families through the venue, explain what’s included, answer common questions, and showcase what makes a Hayvn wedding special. ✨

This is not a high-pressure sales position. Our goal is to give every couple a welcoming, informative and enjoyable experience.

🎓 Looking for an internship?
This could be a wonderful paid internship opportunity for a college student interested in weddings, event management, hospitality, marketing, communications, business or sales. College enrollment is not required — we’re ultimately looking for the right person to represent Hayvn!

🗓️ Schedule: Primarily Sundays between 1:30–5:30 PM, with occasional Wednesdays between 4:00–7:30 PM, based on scheduled tours. Hours will vary depending on tour volume.

Training is provided. The ideal person is dependable, personable, confident, comfortable leading conversations with couples and their families and, most importantly, someone who genuinely loves weddings and helping couples get excited about their big day. 💍

Mia + Sly's wedding was one of those days. 💍

One of the fun features couples love at Hayvn is our greenery photo wall 🌿📸

We include two greenery walls with your rental—one for indoor use and one for outdoor use—so couples can easily create a beautiful photo backdrop wherever it fits best in their layout.

They work great as a photo booth backdrop, guest photo area, or even as a stylish backdrop for your cocktail bar or lounge space. 🍸

Couples often personalize the space with their last name sign, neon signs, florals, or other decor to make it their own ✨
