Hello friends! I’m missing the brewery right now and figured I’d pop on the socials to check in. It’s hard to believe we’ve been closed for four months! I’ve been super busy since closing Aistear down, and pretty much been running nonstop.
I miss you all. I miss brewing. But life and family and things are all good! Hopefully will settle down soon so I can start homebrewing a little bit here again and scratch that itch a bit lol.

In the meantime if anyone is looking for some replacement or additional pro brewing equipment, I still have two 3.7bbl brite tanks, a 3-ton glycol chiller and a 2bbl brew system up for sale and currently stored in Bowling Green. At some point I’d like to consolidate my storage closer to home, and wouldn’t mind NOT moving all that stuff across the state if there’s a market for it to sell. Message me if you’re interested 🙂

One of our absolute favorite partnerships/friendships that we’ve had over the years is with Ramon and Street Tacos Toledo. They have dedicated Thursday nights to Aistear consistently for years and we have thoroughly enjoyed many a street taco thanks to them, as well as much warmth and friendship.

Come out tonight for what might be the last Taco Thursday at Aistear (2/29 is up in the air since we have to move out that night). Chomp down with Chris AND Jacob on some authentic, delicious Mexican food, and fist bump Ramon in thanks to feeding us so well every Thursday night 🥲🌮🍻❤️
