Blend of Old Fashioned Finished 9yr 95/5 MGP Rye along with our first ever Infinity Barrel, 51% 7yr Rye, 9yr 21% Stagg Finish, 7yr 95/5 MGP Rye, 9yr Green River 21%.
Tasting notes by Distillery Manager, Matt Bunch.
Nose - Sugary sweet oak. Cherries and black tea. Mandarin Orange.
Palate - Thick. Sweet and sugary but oaky too. Muddled cherries with a citrus hit. Lots of black tea but also sweet tea.
Finish - black tea and barrel char with a nice rye pepper. Cola notes as well.

Blend of 5yr and 9yr 21% and 11yr and 13yr 36%
Tasting notes by Operations Assistant, Lauren Rogers.
Nose- Sweet confectionary and citrus jump right out of the glass with cantaloupe, hints of vanilla, and honeysuckle that really pop. There’s a subtle dusty funk layered with pepper spice and even a little marigold hiding underneath. White pepper and buttery funnel cake continue to build as it opens up. Cherry and mixed berry notes mingle with slight orange zest that bounces between tart and sweet, bringing depth and funk together beautifully. Let it sit for a bit and rich old leather notes begin to emerge.
Palate- Orange and cherry marmalade lead the way with silky butterscotch coating the palate from front to back. The texture is creamy and velvety, almost like powdered sugar melting across the roof of your mouth. Slight nuttiness blends effortlessly into the butterscotch while pleasant white pepper develops mid-palate. Barrel funk rolls into earthy chocolate tones, followed by melon and cherry notes that return on the back end alongside lingering dark chocolate.
Finish- Pleasant and comforting with a gentle hug that says, “nice to see you, friend.” Chocolate and char linger nicely before that cantaloupe note sneaks back in for one last goodbye. This is an easy classic straight sipper built for relaxed evenings and slow pours.
Overall- Think gourmet funnel cake topped with a juicy mix of fruits, lightly drizzled with dark jam and dark chocolate, then finished with a dusting of powdered sugar. Sweet classic liquid gold in your glass of choice.
