Once upon a time, in earlier years, Boulder had a secret, dark hideaway serving delicious craft cocktails in the back of a noodle house. He took some time to reflect and after a short hiatus, Boulder called him to return and reopen "James Lee's 'The Bitter Bar.'" A cozy neighborhood haunt in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains where craft-booze connoisseurs can kick one up and stay a while. Prepare to be inspired.
