Ray Brothers BBQ opened in 2014 and is located on Route 20 in Bouckville, just a few miles north of Hamilton. Brothers Tucker and Colin opened the restaurant after many years of experience working in the food industry. They have found a new flame for their passion in the form of slow-cooked meats. We are a first come, first serve establishment. Everything on the menu is smoked over local woods for

periods of 5 to 14 hours. All of our sauces and sides are prepared daily from the freshest local ingredients when seasonally available. We will sell out of product on a daily basis, so come early and often!

Tonight's special sauce is ➡️ Everything! ⬅️

We are also featuring a Chili Cheese Smashburger! This one is made with a single smash patty topped with prime rib and brisket chili, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and tomato on a brioche bun. Served with one side and a pickle.

Our featured cocktail is a Paloma-style Grapefruit Marg.

🍖 In case you didn't hear, we've added Brisket Sandies to our regular restaurant menu! These come with cheddar cheese and horsey sauce and will be available every day we're open until they sell out.

🍖 We are now also offering *all* of our meats as options for the nachos - yes, even brisket. That means you can now customize this app however you’d like by adding pulled pork, pulled chicken, brisket, smoked links, or meatloaf! As always, availability will vary as options sell out.

Pulled chicken with house Buffalo sauce, bacon, lettuce, and tomato on toasted white bread. Served with two sides and cornbread.

SATURDAY
Lunch Special until 4 pm
Steak and Greens Hoagie
Sliced Prime Rib with provolone cheese and Utica-style greens on a toasted hoagie roll. Served with one side and a pickle.

Smoked Prime Rib Platter
Available after 4pm
Queen cut piece of prime rib, rubbed and smoked. Served as a platter with two sides, cornbread and au jus.

SUNDAY ALL DAY
Brisket Burger
Juicy half pound burger topped with chopped brisket pieces, cheddar cheese, and burger sauce. Dressed with lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Served with one side and a pickle.

This weekend, we kick off our first show of the 2026 summer music lineup in The Yard Amphitheater! What better way to do it than with Half Past Dead, a CNY Grateful Dead tribute band?

Tickets are on sale at tinyurl.com/RBQevents and will also be available at the door.

With over 100 tickets already sold, please be prepared for longer wait times if you're dining with us. And if you're coming for the show and want to eat first, leave plenty of time!

For showgoers, our food vending window and bar will be open outside starting at 6 pm, serving up RBQ favorites like pulled pork sandies, nachos, wings, and more! Pro tip: add a side of queso for dipping your chicken tenders.🤤

We'll have outdoor seating available on the patio for vending window food orders, or enjoy anywhere in The Yard. Ticket required for Yard access once show doors open at 7 pm.
