Our incredibly fresh, locally hopped b**r is ready to pour! The hops were grown just 3 miles from the brewery and picked moments before hitting the boil. That’s FRESH fresh. Your salad greens aren’t even this fresh. 😂

☀️ PERFECT BEER-DRINKING WEATHER!
The forecast is practically begging you to sit outside with a pint. Who are we to argue with the weather?

🍻 Our once-a-month event is HERE!

This Saturday at Foggy Noggin Brewing!

Each month, Foggy Noggin Brewing opens its doors to the public for one special Saturday afternoon, from 12–5 PM. It’s a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon enjoying great b**r and the unique experience of visiting your local brewery.

This Saturday, October 17th, we have something truly special for you: Mark’s Hops 2026! 🌿🍻

This incredibly limited-release b**r is what we believe to be one of the best fresh hop b**rs you’ll find anywhere.

The hops were grown just a short drive from our brewery and hand-picked right before being added to the kettle. That fresh-from-the-field-to-the-brewery process makes this b**r something special — and it’s one you really need to experience for yourself.

Nope, you can’t visit Foggy Noggin this weekend. 😢 But don’t worry—we’re not just sitting around drinking all the b**r ourselves. (Well, not ALL of it.) 😂

We’re getting ready for something FRESH, HOPPY, and absolutely worth the wait!

This is the b**r you DON’T want to miss! Our incredible Fresh Hop is made with Mark’s locally grown hops, harvested just 3 miles from the brewery and added to the boil moments after picking.

That’s about as fresh as fresh hop gets—unless you drink it straight from the hop bine. (Please don’t try that.) 😜

Mark’s Hops 2026 — Fresh Hop Red Ale

This isn’t just a fresh hop b**r.

This is FRESH.

The hops were grown right here in Bothell—just 3 miles from Foggy Noggin—picked fresh, and added to the boil just moments later. You simply can’t get much fresher than that.

And this year’s base b**r? A Red Ale, bringing malt, color, and complexity that takes this fresh hop creation to a whole new level.
