We’re open today—so if you’re celebrating, come through and raise a margarita with us 🍹

Big love to our incredible team who keep things running day in and day out. And a special shoutout to Adam Firestone, our Assistant Manager—today is his last day before moving on, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hard work, heart, and hustle he’s brought to Poquitos over the years.

It’s Colleen’s last full week before maternity leave! ❤️

Colleen, our incredible General Manager, has poured so much hard work and heart into our restaurant. From opening day to now, she’s helped shape Poquitos Bothell into the warm, welcoming spot it’s become—and she’d love to see as many familiar faces as possible before she steps away to welcome her newest little one.

We’re closing our doors on September 20th, so if you’ve been meaning to stop by, now’s a great time. Come raise a glass, share a meal, and give Colleen the send-off she deserves.

Poquitos Bothell

The beginning of our story starts in south Seattle during the 80s, set to the serenade of a man and his guitar strolling through a restaurant. Fast forward to 2009, when this long-forgotten scene was revived with a salvaged sign. The neon that had invited happy guests in so many years before shined bright once again: thus, Poquitos was born. Our inspiration isn’t the only thing that recalls authentic, joyful traditions -- our elevated Mexican dishes and handcrafted drinks do that, too. Fresh street tacos, coastal ceviche, and other delicious options are best enjoyed in our welcoming indoor and outdoor dining areas. And if you listen closely, you just may hear that old guitar.
