Mountain Top DIPA is a tropical fruit explosion. Using Galaxy, Citra and Vic Secret, this Double IPA is dry hoped with the citrusy and tropical hops up to 3 Lbs per barrel. It's Mountain Tops take on a New England IPA, using malted oats to add to its medium body and add some haze. At just about 9% ABV, it's a great way to welcome summer festivities and it's one of our favorite beers to make. Cheers!

Mountain Top Bourbon Barrel Stout is one of the best beers we make. An imperial stout at 9.5% ABV, the vanilla and oak absorbed while aging adds a smooth mouthfeel and a nice touch of heat. This is about 24 hours into fermentation. Cheers!

The therapeutic sound of fermentation... We had such a great time brewing Mountain Top Porter yesterday. This beer has a lot going on with its incredible roasted and caramel malt flavors. Weighs in at 6% ABV and roughly 35 IBUs . It's great on its own but about half of it ages with bourbon leaving it with hits of vanilla, oak and adding a small amount of heat. It's perfect and will be a perfect beer to enjoy around Thanksgiving. Cheers!

Mountain Top Double IPA weighs in at 8% ABV and uses roughly 6 lbs of American hops per barrel making it roughly 80 IBUs. The Apollo, Cascade, Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops add an incredible citrus flavor that is perfect for these late summer evenings. Cheers!

First runnings of our fan favorite Double IPA. An IPA packed with bright citrus notes and perfectly balanced with the sweet flavor of pilsner malts, we have a difficult time keeping this beer on tap for longer than a week! Weighs in at 7.5% ABV and 75 IBUs. Cheers!

Tonight our great friend Michael Reardon and I will be brewing a German Weizenbock with Cinnamon and Vanilla. Later on this week I will reach out to Taza Chocolate to learn more about their products with the intention of aging this brew on some of their delicious chocolate. I have several new toys I have yet to put to work such as stir plates, thermostats, and lagering chambers. The beer should taste fantastic on tap but for tonight... we brew!

One of our fall seasonal's, the Chimney Sweeper (Smoked Stout) is perfect for those autumn evenings huddled next to a bon fire with your best buds. Weighing in at 6.5 % ABV and 32 IBU's, this malty/smokey brew will certainly warm you up on the chilliest of nights come October. Any one need their chimney swept?

Our Big Black Cocker Spaniel (Indian Black Ale) has completed its primary fermentation! Now onto a bed of Columbus, whole cone Centennial, and white American Oak chips to bring all of the incredible flavors and aroma together. Four weeks can't come soon enough!
