Our tasting room is open to the public Thursday through Sunday - stop by to enjoy a cocktail or purchase bottles directly from the source. We've been making hand-crafted rum, vodka, wh***ey, and gin for you to enjoy responsibly in downtown Boston since 2010. You must be 21 years of age to peruse our content. Thursday 5pm-10pm

TOMORROW. Our yearly supply of Maple Syrup Barrel Aged Bourbon releases from the distillery. It’s looking like a beautiful day so we’ll be selling bottles ($48) from the garage and you can sample it before you buy it. We’re also giving away 100 free Wilson Farm c***r donuts to the first 100 people who show up

We have a few bottles of Honey Bourbon available for sampling and purchasing as well

Inside the distillery we’ll have a special menu of maple cocktails to pair with food from Boneyard Wings

And we’re extremely excited to be hosting the New England Free Jacks in our back space with some rugby streaming and a secondary bar to grab drinks

AKA the Pierogi Negroni

To celebrate National Pierogi Day we dreamed up one of the most ridiculous (and delicious) cocktails with local pierogi legends Jaju Pierogi

We started by sautéing pierogi and fat-washing them into our gin. From there, we added Amaro Rosso and sweet vermouth to create a pierogi-infused Negroni

Because apparently that wasn’t enough, we topped the whole thing with a sour cream and lemon foam and finished it off with fresh scallions and then some grated pierogi

Yes, it tastes like pierogi. Yes, it tastes like a Negroni. And yes, it somehow works
