Huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate opening day with us, including the City of Fitchburg, Mayor Sam Squailia, State Representative Mike Kushmerek, the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce, Beth Walsh from the State Senator’s office, the Licensing Commission, City Council President Anthony Zarrella, City Councilors Marisa Fleming and Derek Cruz, the Fitchburg Police Department, and everyone else who stopped by to support us.

And the biggest thank you goes to our Fitchburg team, who poured countless hours into bringing this restaurant to life. They’re the heart of this place, and none of this would be possible without them. ✨
