This wine’s a BEAST! Dry, floral MusCAT 🐈‍⬛ Ottonel from of Fiskars, Finland. Or should that be Whiskars…. These grapes are hand-harvested in Austria before being transported to Finland, where they undergo open-top fermentation with the skins for four days. Any leftover lees and skins are reused to make pomace, spritzers, and more, so that the grapes brought to the village are used five times! 💥
