The Bluefin season keeps going — and so do we.

After celebrating 6,000+ pounds of fresh Bluefin this season, another incredible 675 lb whole Bluefin Tuna has just arrived — locally caught Capt. JC in Maine , Boothbay Harbor waters and brought straight to our kitchens.

Our chefs have already broken down the whole fish in-house, and the best cuts are officially ready.

Beautifully marbled Toro. Hand-cut Sashimi & Nigiri. Bluefin Poke. Tartare. Signature Rolls. Tuna Steak. Toro Steak. And the extremely limited Bluefin K**a 🐟🐟🐟

Today, our 12th whole Bluefin Tuna of the season arrived in Boothbay Harbor — bringing us to more than 6,000 pounds of fresh Bluefin this summer alone.

We don’t just order tuna cuts.

We bring in the whole fish.
