•Strip steak au poivre with garlic red skinned mashed and veg.

•Gnocchi sorrentina- homemade spinach gnocchi folded in tomato sauce with bits of fresh mozzarella.

•Grilled cajun salmon topped with mushrooms peppers and red onion, side wild rice.

•Smothered southwestern burrito with homemade tortilla chips and salsa.

•Smothered southwest burrito- ground beef seasoned with chipotle, chili powder and cumin. Red beans, Diced tomato, red onion, jalapeños and cheddar. Smothered with a Southwest style cheese sauce. Comes with homemade tortilla chips and salsa

•Grilled salmon with a maple soy glaze, served over wild rice.

•Homemade spinach gnocchi in a pesto cream sauce.

•Fettuccini with roasted cherry tomato pomodoro and topped with shrimp.

•Chicken roulade- stuffed with spinach and ricotta, served over cherry tomato and basil risotto. Finished garlic cream sauce.

•Homemade spinach and parmesan gnocchi pan fried in butter, garlic and sage and tossed in pink sauce.

•Maple-soy glazed salmon served with wild rice and seasonal veg.

•Port wine chicken- sautéed chicken breasts topped with spinach and provolone and finished with a port wine mushroom sauce. Served over red skinned mashed potatoes.

•Braised beef short rib ravioli with a creamy sun dried tomato pesto sauce.

•Chicken diavolo- Lightly sautéed chicken breasts topped with cherry peppers, roasted peppers and mozzarella. Finished with a light sherry wine tomato sauce.

•Tomato basil haddock- Broiled fresh haddock fillet with fresh tomato and basil pesto, light oreganato, finished with a white wine sauce. Served with a side of rice pilaf and sautéd spinach.
