🌊 World Oceans Day may have been yesterday, but we’re keeping the celebration going all weekend long!

While you won’t find sharks or dolphins at Catoctin Wildlife Preserve, you can still discover animals from around the world—including the beautiful Japanese koi fish in the Koi Garden.

To celebrate, we’ll be bringing a little bit of the ocean to the preserve this weekend with some limited-time themed specials. 👀🌊

We’ll be revealing those later this week!

When the zoo introduced their newest resident, they described her as:

“Standing at ~2.5 feet tall, weighing in at an undisclosed amount of watermelon & leafy greens…”

Naturally, we had to create a drink inspired by her! 💚

Introducing the Roundsey Refresher — a refreshing blend of fresh-squeezed lemonade and sweet watermelon, inspired by the cutest little pygmy hippo at the zoo.

Please note that our mobile drink trailer will be stationed at the Catoctin Wildlife Preserve throughout the summer. On dates where we have multiple events scheduled, our secondary location will operate as a pop-up setup featuring a select menu of customer favorites.

We are still accepting a limited number of private events, fundraisers, business appreciations, and special event bookings throughout the summer. Send us a message or email for availability.

They thoroughly reviewed our drinks, stared us down, and questioned whether we were qualified for this new location.

Sorry we didn’t release this weekend’s schedule as planned!

Instead, we spent the day testing out what could become a very exciting new collaboration and semi-permanent summer location for The Maryland Mule. 🥤☀️

The good news? It was a successful day, and we’re excited to share more soon!

Rather than give it all away at once, we’re going to have some fun this week. Starting today, we’ll be dropping clues each day leading up to Friday’s BIG reveal.
