If you’re keeping an injury journal, honesty matters more than making every day sound terrible. 📝⚖️
Some days during recovery may be difficult. Other days may actually be pretty good. Write down both.
Why? Because credibility matters.
If every journal entry says your pain was a 10 out of 10, even on days when you were feeling better, a jury may begin to question whether the journal accurately reflects what you experienced.
Instead, document your recovery as it actually happens.
✅ The good days
✅ The bad days
✅ Changes in your pain
✅ Limitations you experienced
✅ Progress you made along the way
An honest journal can paint a much more believable picture of what your recovery really looked like.
Tell the truth. Be consistent. Let the facts tell your story.
