Ivory Tower's latest collaboration with Booneshine - Dubbel Major, a Belgian style Dubbel brewed with rye and honey. I'm not going to lie, it's delicious! A hint of spice from the rye with nice floral notes from the honey complement this dry, estery, complex dubbel. Come by the Local on Tuesday to get some of the first pints of this delicious nectar of the beer gods. The release party starts at 5:30. See you then!

ITB in collaboration with our friends at Booneshine Brewing in Boone, NC will soon be releasing the new batch of new and improved Bitter Faculty on draft and in 22oz bombers. This is 8.5% Double IPA loaded with hop oils distilled by the ASU Fermentation Science students and faculty and will be sure to warm you up on any cold winter day (assuming we have any this year!). Cheers!

Are you bitter about the election season? The end of summer (which of course means the beginning of the school year)? Well, we have just the cure - Bitter Faculty, a double IPA with a perfect balance of malt sweetness and hop bitterness as well as a flavor explosion of citrus and spice from the ridiculous amount of essential oils added from the Citra and Simcoe hops distilled in house. If you like hop flavor and aroma, you will love this beer! We'll be releasing it this Friday at Peddlin' Pig in Boone for the Booneshine tap takeover and then again on Tuesday at the Local. You can also get it on tap at Basil's. Coming to bottles soon...
