Blue Ridge Outdoors Magazine sponsored a "Best Sixer Ever" competition for people to vote and after over 20,000 votes, your hometown brewery AMB was chosen among 32 other breweries. Each brewery had one of their packaged products that you could vote for in the competition and vote once. Well, AMB made it into the top 6 for "Long Leaf IPA", WHOOP!! We have made this beer almost since our beginnings (name change for those who remember:) and props go out to our brew team headed up by Master Brewer Nathan Kelischek ,Head Brewer Christopher Zieber as well as the rest of the AMB brewer team for rocking out some amazing liquid streams. The picture below best describes why people sometimes call them "The Bearded Counsins" up here in Boone, North Carolina. Were new to canning since December 2014 so to have been chosen among some of the regions most accomplished breweries is extremely humbling and proud at the same time. Thanks again to our community for all the support you show us, all of the High Country visitors for taking some AMB (Long Leaf, Blone and Porter) with you when you leave and to "The Bearded Cousins" who are two of the hardest working people that I know. Great job to Tommy Lee for some amazing design work on the AMB package products amongst other branding schwag and all of our employees at AMB, Farm To Flame and Hard Mountain Cider. Great Article done by Travis Hall at BRO, show us all some love, "Like", "Share", "Comment" and more importantly read this while drinking a "Long Leaf IPA" or what ever you prefer on this amazing day. CONGRATS TO BOONE, NC, all BRC and AMB Supporters!! Remember this video at our two year anniversary and BRC Elderberry Saison release? Well, tonight we will be attending the Annual Wine Tasting at Sky Valley Zip Tours for Blue Ridge Conservancy and AMB will be presenting them with the proceeds from the Elderberry Saison Bottle Project. This project was a huge success and thanks goes out to Boone, North Carolina and the surrounding High Country for all of your support. All and All we raised over $6,100 in proceeds and they will be presented with this check tonight. AMB's continual philanthropic endeavors are all a thank you to our community for the love you have shown us and the outpouring of support. Cheers from all of us at AMB.

Just saw this post from Blue Ridge Outdoors Magazine that we got tagged in for Long Leaf IPA being in the contention for Best Sixer Ever competition. Were humbled that we are even amongst the likes of all of the great breweries and their craft to chose from. Yes it is finally that time! You ask for what? Well, Duh for the CIDER FEST at AMB. Starting on May 7 thru May 10 and yes it will last thru the whole weekend. What? AMC will be pouring 8 different ciders everyday for our thirsty patrons to enjoy. We will release new varieties everyday, so lets all get excited and mark yo calendas. Their will be prizes, specials, food, beer, cider, etc. and good timez. We are stoked to share our craft with you all and hope you can make it out for a memorable weekend (next weekend). AMC is proud to be a ASAP - Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project partner, check out our glassware at the brewery. Mason jars with their logo all ova it, bang!

Yep its OFFICIAL!!!!! Tomorrow we will be releasing the ORIGINAL HIGH COUNTRY HARD CIDER at the AMB Taproom! Man that was a long time coming right? We officially got our approval to exist in the Town of Boone, thanks to the Board of Adjustment for hearing us out. We are all stoked to get construction done (quickly) and start crankin out OFF THE WALL CIDERS. Cheers to our Hometown Community!
