Today’s barkeeps choice.

Les Foulards Rouges “Octobre” is a fresh, light, natural red wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, known for its juicy red fruit flavors and vibrant acidity, often compared to Beaujolais Nouveau but released earlier. Made by Jean-François Nicq using organic farming and minimal intervention, it’s typically a blend of Syrah and Grenache (or Cinsault), fermented with native yeasts after carbonic maceration, and meant to be served chilled.
