As a native to Southwest Florida and Bonita Springs resident, I wanted to create the concept I longed for while growing up here. Ceremony Brewing is a reflection of myself and the staff that call it home. Happy Birthday Blake! 🎂 (yesterday)

Running a small business is hard and nearly impossible without people you can rely on. Ceremony would be a whole lot harder without Blake. He is the quintessential “yes” man. Blake has learned to brew all of our beer, bartend, electrical, plumbing, painting, you name it Blake does it; without a question or hesitation or complaint. He makes everything possible at Ceremony. Probably most importantly, he keeps Zach sane. So please wish Blake a huge happy birthday and thank him for all he does to make Ceremony better.
