At Roast & Vine, we proudly serve Devoción - 100% Colombian specialty coffee sourced from farms throughout Colombia and moved incredibly quickly from harvest to roasting to us here in Downtown Boise.

Coffee is an agricultural product. Just like anything else grown, freshness impacts flavor, aroma and quality. While many green coffee beans can spend months in warehouses and lengthy supply chains before they’re ever roasted, Devoción built its entire model around shortening that journey.
