"Woodland Empire is our tongue-in-cheek way of saying 'City of Trees,' which is the nickname for the great city in which we live. In our minds, that level of quality that separates mass-produced from craft beer is the thought behind its creation." Find us to sample our featured Partnership Series beers! Each beer is brewed in support of local organizations and the impactful work they do.

Included in our lineup will be a soft launch of El Camino! Crisp, light, and ultra-drinkable, this Michoacán-style lager draws inspiration from the monarchs’ migration from the Oyamel forests of Michoacán to Idaho’s summer meadows. El Camino celebrates the freedom to move with the seasons, and the quiet pull of home. 🦋

This FREE event will include a bustling trade fair filled with local flavor (find Woodland with the beer!); Chef-led classes and live cooking demos; and expert panels tracking real-world industry issues!

11th Annual Salsa Fest Recap! 🌶️

A few weeks ago, we participated in ’s Salsa Fest hosted at , and brought some ! 🍻

Wild River - brewed in collaboration with , and made with certified salmon-safe hops from and craft malt from 🐟

Ginkgo Gold - brewed in collaboration with , honoring the resilient Ginkgo as a living fossil and symbol of peace and renewal 🌳

Chef Frank of also brought the heat with 4 salsas, all made with local ingredients! 🔥

Peach Habanero Heirloom; Cayenne & Habanero; Roasted Poblano & Anaheim Salsa Verde; and Diablo’s very own Salsa Roja! 🌶️
