🫜Order our Beet Bowl of summer garden goodness that’s light, colorful, and perfect for lunch out on the patio!
Roasted young beets and arugula are dressed with pistachio gremolata, lemon juice and basil oil, and placed on a bed of citrus vin dressed quinoa salad with herbs, and citrus vinaigrette!
All topped with a dollop of whipped chevre!
Add on an optional side of salmon for protein!

In honor of move-in weekend at BSU we are featuring a locally loaded BRONCO BURGER!
Sink your teeth into a local Big Wood Bakery potato bun, two 4 oz smash patties made from our house ground blend of Wagu tri tip, filet, and CAB chuck, topped with bacon, melted blue cheese crumbles, and smothered in house-made buffalo sauce! Wow!
All served with a side of Simplot fries cooked in Snake River Farm’s beef tallow and tossed in Spiceology black and blue seasoning!
