One of the biggest misconceptions in w**e is that bottles with screw caps are lower quality than those sealed with cork. In reality, the closure is a w**emaking choice, not a measure of quality.

🍷 Corks allow tiny amounts of oxygen to interact with w**e over time, making them a popular choice for w**es designed to age.

πŸ‡ Screw caps create a consistent seal and can help preserve fresh, fruit-forward w**es. Plus, no corkscrew required.

So when you're choosing a bottle, don't judge it by the top. Great w**e can come with a cork or a screw cap!

Cabernet thrives in Idaho’s Snake River Valley and has become one of the state's most planted red varietals. πŸ‡

Raise a glass of Cabernet and toast to the Idaho vineyards making it their own. 🍷

The first grapes of the season are ready! πŸ‡

Harvest begins earliest in Idaho's Lewis-Clark Valley AVA, where the region's lower elevation and warmer climate help grapes ripen weeks before many other vineyards across the state.

It's the start of one of the most exciting times of the year in Idaho. 🍷

Ever wonder how w**emakers know it's time to pick the grapes? πŸ‡

They closely monitor each vineyard, tasting the grapes and measuring sugar and acidity as the fruit ripens. When everything comes into perfect harmony, harvest can begin!

Harvest season is just around the cornerβ€”stay tuned! 🍷

When you see an Idaho AVA on a bottle, it means at least 85% of the grapes were grown within that designated w**e region. πŸ‡

Each region's unique climate, soils and geography help shape the w**e's character.

Next time you're shopping for Idaho w**e, see if your bottle comes from the Snake River Valley, Eagle Foothills or Lewis-Clark Valley.

Right now, something exciting is happening in Idaho's vineyards. πŸ‡

It's called veraison, the stage when grapes begin changing color and ripening on the vine. As they develop their flavors and sugars, harvest moves one step closer.

The countdown to this year's vintage is officially on. 🍷
