That’s why we source local, sustainable, and all-natural ingredients from Idaho’s Bounty . It’s a local food cooperative that distributes great local food to restaurants, grocery stores, and directly to you.

Mai Thai is pleased to use top-of-the-line rice throughout all our dishes. Our premium white and brown jasmine rice is shipped in from Thailand, and our sushi rice comes from the admirable, Koda Farms. As the oldest, continuously family-owned and operated rice farm and mill in California, we firmly believe our discerning customers appreciate the fact that they oversee all facets of production–from growing and harvesting to milling and packaging.
